CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE
By contracting Precision Point Firearms for any transfer (Firearm or Ammunition), you agree to all fees, terms, and regulatory requirements listed on this page.
- SEMI-AUTO LONG GUNS: We are NOT accepting ANY semi-auto long gun transfers at this time due to regulatory uncertainty (HB4885).
- MAGAZINES: High-capacity magazines WILL NOT be transferred. We can no longer transfer pre-ban magazines due to HB4885. We DO NOT return, ship, or compensate for non-transferable magazines.
Firearm Transfer Fees
All fees listed below are quoted at a **Cash Price Discount**. Non-cash payments will be charged the listed Card Price.

Compliance, Denial & Abandonment Policy
HANDGUN COMPLIANCE (MA):
Used handguns can only be transferred if they are on the APPROVED ROSTER LIST and meet the Attorney General’s regulations. If a handgun is **NOT** on the list, you **must** provide documentation proving the firearm was legally registered in the State prior to 01/15/98.
**GLOCK NOTE:** Glocks are Roster-approved, but we **CANNOT** offer a person-to-person transfer unless it is pre-10/21/98.
NON-COMPLIANT / REFUSED FIREARMS:
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify MA compliance. Any non-transferable firearm will incur a **$50 processing fee**, a **$45 out-of-state transfer fee**, and all associated shipping and restocking fees from the original dealer.
If the shipping dealer refuses the return, the firearm will be sold via a 1-week, penny-start auction on Gunbroker. Proceeds, after all fees, will be remitted to the customer.
DENIED 4473 BACKGROUND CHECK:
Customers have a **2-month period** to appeal the denial.
- **Store Purchases:** Subject to a 20% restocking fee upon request for refund.
- **Transfers (Private/Out-of-State):** If appeal is not started or customer does not contact us, the firearm is considered abandoned. Storage fees apply immediately upon denial.
STORAGE & ABANDONED PROPERTY:
Any firearm not picked up within **2 weeks** (14 days) will be considered abandoned property (unless prior arrangements are explicitly made). A **$25 per week storage fee** will be charged. If storage costs exceed the property value, the item will be sold to cover fees owed.
NFA / Class III (Title II) Transfers
We hold a Class III SOT and can facilitate your NFA transfers. Fees are per NFA item.

Ammunition Transfer Conditions
**FEES ARE CASH ONLY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD FOR AMMUNITION TRANSFERS.**
Compliance & Sourcing
- Accepted ONLY for MA residents with a valid LTC Class A or FID card.
- We ONLY accept NEW ammunition.
- Must be shipped from a Valid FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) with a copy of their license.
- The shipping FFL must email us at sales@precisionpointfirearms.com for a copy of our FFL.
- Ammunition shipped from a **NON-FFL** will be returned at the buyer’s expense plus transfer fees.
Fees & Pickup Policy
- **Base Fee:** $20 Per case and under.
- If shipments are split between parties, each party is responsible for the minimum $20 fee.
- Ammunition must be picked up within 5 days of arrival.
- **Late Fees:** Fees double after the 5th day; triple after 10 days.
- **Abandonment:** If not picked up after 30 days, the delivery will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of PPF for fees due.
- PPF is not responsible for missing items or damages from shipping.
Having ammunition shipped to Precision Point Firearms constitutes consent to all stated policies and fees. We reserve the right to terminate this service at any time.

Due to the technical requirements and regulatory landscape of HB4885, we do not provide quotes or accept custom build requests over the phone or email. You must stop by in person to discuss your project.

All parts ordered through PPF are subject to manufacturer lead times. Deposits are forfeited if the customer cancels after components have been acquired.
